01What we collect

  • Account details: name, phone number, country and your tanopay.me handle.
  • Verification details for creators before cash-out, as our payment partners require.
  • Payment records: who paid whom, how much and when.
  • Telegram IDs needed to add and remove group members.

02What we don't collect

@TanopayBot does not read or store the messages in your group. We don't sell your data, ever.

03Who we share it with

Licensed payment providers and banking partners, only to process payments and meet their legal checks; and authorities when the law requires it.

04What creators see

Creators see their members' names, plans and payment status. They don't see fans' full phone numbers or wallet balances.

05Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Contact us and we'll reply within one working day.
